Data Deletion Request

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received via WhatsApp or direct messages on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook.

How to request it

1. Email main@ibarraasociados.online with the subject “Data deletion”, or send the same message through the channel you used to contact us.
2. Include your name and the phone number, email address or social media username you used to contact us.
3. We will confirm the deletion within 15 business days.

We will only keep information that the law requires us to retain (for example, information related to ongoing court proceedings), and we will tell you so in our reply.
